ONE GAME MASTER, MANY AGENTS
Arnaud JeanSoftware engineer & speaker · agentic AI
At the table

One Game Master, a team of agents, a story that writes itself.

The Game Master orchestrates specialized agents: one rolls the dice, one checks the rules, one builds the hero, one draws the map. The adventure takes shape in front of you.

What we'll use
Strands AgentsRAGMCPA2ATools
01 / ORCHESTRATE

Code your own Game Master.

Build a GM that orchestrates multiple AI agents, each specialized in a single task, from rolling dice to telling the story.

02 / CONNECT

RAG, tools, MCP and A2A.

Give your agents real abilities: retrieval-augmented generation, tools, the Model Context Protocol and agent-to-agent communication.

03 / PLAY

Watch the story unfold.

Your agents roll dice, check the rules, create characters and generate the adventure live, as it happens, in front of you.

Two hours. One adventure.

From a blank table
to a living story.

A hands-on, live-coding session: we build a Game Master and a team of specialized agents with Strands Agents, then play the game and let the story write itself.

Software engineer & speaker · agentic AI

Arnaud is a software engineer and speaker who builds with agentic AI. He enjoys turning complex ideas into hands-on, playable demos that show how multiple agents can work together toward a shared goal.

In this session he brings that to the table, literally, by coding a Game Master and a team of specialized agents with Strands Agents and letting a role-playing adventure unfold live.
