Terms & conditions

Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all attendees of the NG Poland, JS Poland and AI Poland conferences and associated workshops ("the Conferences and Workshops"), organized by NG Poland (VAT: PL7961640632, Address: Klimczaka 10f/4, 02-797 Warsaw, Poland). By purchasing a ticket or attending the Conferences, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Ticket Purchase and Confirmation

1. All ticket sales for the Conferences and Workshops are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed except as outlined in these terms.
2. Your ticket is valid only for the event date and location for which it was issued.
3. Tickets may be transferred to another individual up to 15 before the event date. Any such transfer must be communicated to the organizers in writing.

Event Details

1. The event schedule, speakers, and workshop topics are subject to change without prior notice.
2. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the Conferences or Workshops for any reason. In such a case, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.

Conduct

1. All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times.
2. Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Conferences and Workshops without refund.
3. All attendees are required to read and adhere to the Code of Conduct as provided on the AI Poland website.

Media Release

1. Photographs and/or video may be taken during the Conferences and Workshops. By attending, you grant the organizers full rights to use the images and footage for promotional purposes.

Liability

1. The organizers are not responsible for any personal property that is lost, damaged, or stolen during the Conferences and Workshops.
2. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being. The organizers will not be liable for any harm or injury sustained during the event, except due to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the organizers.

Miscellaneous

1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Poland.
2. The organizers reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By proceeding with the ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
