Keynote Session - Leadership in the Age of AI – Between Promise and Responsibility
In his talk, Dr. Maciej Madziński will discuss the real impact of AI on business and the labor market, and then ask the question: what kind of leadership is needed to make AI an opportunity rather than a threat? At the heart of this reflection will be the new competencies of leaders – the ability to combine technological innovation with social responsibility, the courage to make difficult decisions, and the skill of building trust within organizations.
We will reflect on the new, contemporary managerial competencies and challenges that AI brings. This will be 20 minutes about a future that is not predetermined – but depends on the path leaders choose today.
About Dr Maciej Madziński
As a Partner at Kirov & Partners, he has been advising C-level executives and organisations on building winning strategies, operating models, and leadership development. Previously, he served as COO at Laurens Coster, where he co-led the AI practice and supervised many AI-driven initiatives, from generative assistants to company-wide AI adoption programs.
He is passionate about the intersection of AI in business and new approaches to leadership, including organisational agility, coaching leadership, and positive leadership. He is curious about the intersection of AI and leadership.
Dr Madziński is also a Google Cloud Certified Generative AI Leader, a frequent keynote speaker on digital transformation, leadership, and AI adoption.
