LT: The Age of AI_Awe?
We are entering a time when artificial intelligence is no longer just a tool — it becomes our partner in discovering the world, our work, and ourselves. The Era of AI_Wonder is a story about a moment when technology stops provoking fear and starts awakening inspiration. It’s about a shift from asking whether AI will replace us to wondering what new things we can discover because of it.
This talk is an invitation to look at the future of work and creativity through the lens of curiosity and wonder — rather than control. Because perhaps the true AI revolution isn’t that machines are becoming more human, but that we are learning, once again, how to be amazed.
Marta Godzisz - MBA Program Director, PJATK | Poland
I am the Director of the Center for Postgraduate Education and the MBA programs for the IT sector at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology (PJATK), where I design and develop advanced educational programs aligned with the evolving needs of the modern labor market. I believe deeply that education has the power to shape the future, which is why I focus on creating innovative, flexible learning models that equip professionals with the competencies of tomorrow.
My work combines a strategic perspective with a strong understanding of workforce transformation and technological change. I am driven by observing global trends and translating them into concrete educational solutions that not only address current challenges but also create new opportunities for individuals and organizations.
I am the founder and co-creator of BROADWAY Musical School — the largest performing arts school in Poland — and the editor of educational textbooks for children and youth. These experiences have taught me that discipline, consistency, and intentional leadership are essential to both creative and operational excellence.
In my leadership and creative work, I value balance and long-term resilience. That’s why I maintain a regular training routine, pursuing a personal goal of achieving at least 50% training days each month. This commitment supports my energy, clarity, and focus — qualities I bring to every project and team I lead.
